REHEARSAL WEEKENDS

MAY - Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th

JULY - Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th

OCTOBER - Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th

SATURDAYS - All students required to attend their Group Song rehearsal

SUNDAYS - All students required to attend the Opening/Finale rehearsals in May & July and the Full Show Run Through in October

All Saturdays:

Unders Group Song, Solo & Duet/Trio

Students Arrive: 9:45am

Rehearsal: 10am-11:30am

Teens Group Song, Solo & Duet/Trio

Students Arrive: 11:45am

Rehearsal: 12pm-1:30pm

Overs Group Song, Solo & Duet/Trio

Students Arrive: 2:15pm

Rehearsal 2:30pm-4pm

SHOWCASE REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

REHEARSAL ATTENDANCE

Students must be available to attend all rehearsals according to the performances they have registered/auditioned for. If you know you won’t be able to attend a certain rehearsal please contact Vocademy asap.

PAYMENTS

- Payment must be made at point of registration either in-full or in instalments. 

- Instalments to be paid as stated at registration and in confirmation emails

- No interest is charged on payments made via instalments

- Instalments can be paid early

REFUND POLICY

100% refund of full fee - up to 25.02.24

75% refund of full fee - 26.02.24 -  31.03.24

50% refund of full fee - 01.04.24 - 17.05.24

Full fee non-refundable - 18.05.24 onwards

- If paying in instalments, any remaining fees must be paid/will be refunded in accordance with the full fee refund percentages as stated above
