Vocademy Event Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering for any ticketed Vocademy Event, you will accept these terms and conditions.

Event Registration 

Performers and Attendees must register for events via the Vocademy Website and event registration page. 

During registration, attendees are required to provide their first and last name, email address, and phone number. We may also ask for parent/guardian name and contact details if the student/performer is under 18.

Payment Terms 

Payment terms for each event will be specified during registration and on the event registration page. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined for each event on the registration page.

Refund Policy 

The refund policy for each event will be specified during registration and on the event registration page. Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined for each event on the registration page.

Privacy and Data Protection 

Performer and Attendee data are collected on the Vocademy website and is subject to the Vocademy Privacy Policy. Performers and Attendees are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy when registering for the event or purchasing tickets to be fully informed of how their data is collected, processed, handled, stored and retained.

Your personal data is not shared with any 3rd parties outside of sub-contractors working on behalf of Vocademy. 

Photographs, Videos, Publicity Material, Radio, Television and Print Media

Except as otherwise agreed in writing between Vocademy and the Performer or Attendee, Vocademy reserves the right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Vocademy in the course of the event, for any use deemed proper by Vocademy.

Vocademy has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of Performers and Attendees in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of marketing, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without further compensation to the Performer or Attendee. All rights and interest will be Vocademy’s sole property, free of any claims of Performer, Attendee, or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the Performer or Attendee.

At each event, it will be clearly displayed that Vocademy is taking photographs and video and provide you with information on how you can request your image is not taken or used, and opt-out of your image being used for these purposes. The photographer or videographer will be clearly identified as a Vocademy representative and record any request for you to not be included in photos, videos or other visual portrayals. Vocademy accepts written and verbal methods of consent, or opt-out. 

If you wish for your image to not be used for these purposes, you can opt-out at any time by contacting info@vocademy.co.uk. 

 

Cancellation Notifications 

In the event of cancellations or changes to an event, attendees will be notified via email and through official Vocademy social media channels.

Code of Conduct 

Performers and Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during Vocademy’s events. 

Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. 

Vocademy reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct from the event without refund.

Accommodations for Disabilities 

Available accommodations for performers and attendees with disabilities or additional needs will be provided on a per-event basis, and detailed upon event registration. 

Attendees requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact info@vocademy.co.uk in advance to make suitable arrangements.

Miscellaneous 

Vocademy reserves the right to make changes to event details, including dates, times, venues, and program content, if necessary. 

​

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred during Vocademy's events.
